Drug and Alcohol Treatment Centers

Has anyone had a successful experience with an inpatient treatment facility. I have a close friend who has been to a few different rehabs for opiates and alcohol. She has started binge drinking again and really needs good help.
Does anyone have any good recommendations?

She'll need intensive inpatient 90 day, then sober living to ever kick it.

I went to one in Santa Rosa, FL. Didn't stop me from drinking, because I didn't want to. I just went to get out of jail and have the charges dropped.
I know a few people that have gone to Betty Ford for pills, and they all stopped

She isn't that great looking without her makeup and she has pretty significant personal problems. Not sure I'd call it successful.
