The Civil War on the Left may turn into a Balkanization

so there is a legitimate, established, and admitted civil war on the left with extremists trying to ride the Bernie wave into powers of position. of course the new icon is the wise latina socialist from NY. they're branding their movement along the old Democrat Socialists of America (DSA), but riding the establishment/status of the Democratic Party (with whom they strongly disagree about almost everything)
however, an older, established progressive party (that is much more popular than the actual DSA) already has a home for the far left. the Green Party has been the extreme-Left fringe party for at least 20 years. Ralph Nader ran under the Green Party in the infamous Gore/Bush race of 2000.
after last night, the Green Party is now in the spotlight and being blamed for the biggest loss. however, the DEM to my knowledge wasn't even presented as a far-Left candidate, so the only option for the far-Left was the Green candidate. however, those on the far-Left who support the DSA are calling the true believers in far Left ideology Russians or secret Republicans today
this is hilarious shite
this is just like the DEMs criticizing Russian agents for using Facebook to interfere with the 2016 election, while ignoring the majority of activity that those agents were engaging in was pro-DEM (extreme-Left issues, primarily) advertising. so they're mad at a foreign government for promoting their ideas and turning off voters when exposed with those ideas

Everything you posted above is wrong.
It's hard to be that wrong on purpose, and you did it on accident. Congratulations!!

so the far left isn't mad at the Green party after last night?
the Green party hasn't been an established far-Left party for decades?
Ralph Nader didn't run for President as a Green Party candidate in 2000?
the DSA is not riding the Sanders/Cortez fame to become relevant for once?
Cortez isn't the face of the socialist wing of the left currently?
those promoting the DSA aren't running as Democrats?
the DSA-endorsed candidates didn't come away empty-handed last night?
the DEM candidate in OH12 wasn't a moderate?
Russia didn't buy a bunch of pro-leftist ads on FB during the 2016 election?

This is exactly the kind of gobbledygook I’d expect from you. Come down from your hillbilly heroin high before posting next time.

Studies have shown its best not to reply to BamaAtl, she becomes dumber with each subsequent post. You're wasting your time replying.

Hard to become dumber with every subsequent post when she started with zero substance to begin with.

when Bama shows up somewhere else, everyone should just reply in that thread with links to this one asking her to clarify
i'm legit curious how she sees the civil war on the left
apparently her stance ITT is that it doesn't exist?

Montana Democrats attacking the democratic process
quote:
Secretary of State Corey Stapleton said Wednesday he will appeal to the state Supreme Court a Helena District Court judge's order to remove the Montana Green Party's candidates from the ballot this fall.
In a court order Monday, Judge James Reynolds invalidated enough petition signatures to disqualify the party, citing reasons such as petitions signed incorrectly, petition entries without a date, petition affidavits turned in by someone other than who collected them, and other issues.
quote:
The Montana Democratic Party praised the order Monday, saying "protecting the integrity of Montana’s elections is of the utmost importance, which is why we’re pleased with today’s ruling.”

Bold strategy Dems. Start at the lowest point since the 1920s. Working class whites have been shamed and repudiated. Everybody between the Coasts has been denigrated and ridiculed. Free Speech and economic moderate Liberals have been marginalized. Progressivism has become the standard- bearer. Twitter is being used as an enforcement mechanism and there are angry mobs in streets and restaurants and washed out Leftists with guns at softball games. Two television networks and the American paper of record have committed suicide on behalf of Progressivism , not to mention hundreds of celebrities and Chattering Class nattering nabobs Of negativity imploding before our very eyes.
The Democrats have IMPLODED and now they will devolve into internecine warfare. They have no leadership and no message other than hate ( Trump is Hitler ) and batshit crazy ( Muh Russians). So Into their camps they will go to war against each other .
Where the frick is your Obama now , bitches?

it's pretty amazing that it took a legitimately crazy, piece of shite near-Pedo to win a special election
pretty much every other "Trump referendum" has ended terribly for the DEMs, and now it appears the coastal problem (aka far-leftism aka socialism aka the DSA) is hurting them even more away from juuuuuuuust the right scenario (super liberal district with an incumbent who mailed it in)

The democrat party has been balkanized for a long time. The only thing that units them is wanting to defeat us so that they can get at our money.

I don’t believe they think they can win a general election with an avowed socialist.
I think they are using that woman to convince the fringe left that the Democrat Party is still their home after what happened to Bernie.
If there is a socialist contender for the Dem nomination, he or she will be bought off before the primaries and will endorse whichever “centrist” minority they run in an appeal to the moderate Dems throughout the rust belt.
They can only win by running a centrist while convincing the fringe left not to go 3rd party. That’s what all the pearl clutching was about last night.
Of course, I assume at this point that Trumps strategy includes getting a chunk of the black vote, and if he does that, nothing else matters.

i may not have used the cleanest language but she's the icon of the Extremist/DSA faction of the left (in the process of replacing Bernie, at least for the time being)

Nah.
You see more cohesiveness on the left than you do the right imo.
