Right, and he selectively quoted stuff to make it look slightly different. That's why I went the the 38North story he linked to instead. That story says basically that yes, there's activity at the site but nothing too committal just yet and it's too early to tell.
It's really important to drill down to a primary source if you can, too many people make stuff up as it is.

this is much ado about nothing. the sanctions are in place and will remain in place until we can confirm they have dismantled. until then, speculation is pointless. libs, throttle back and just see how it plays out. the sanctions are still there in the meantime. lately we've gotten more response out of nk than ever before.
