If you collect the shirts, or just like crappy food, there's a Hard Rock Café at the stadium.

Bronx Drafthouse or Yankee Tavern if you want to drink
Then if you want to eat they have the Hard Rock, or Crown Diner, someone mentioned Billy's and Giovanni if you want pizza.

There isn't much around there worth going to and the places that are there will be super packed on a gameday. Stans/Billys are your best bet if you absolutely have to hang somewhere before a game.

Bronx drafthouse if you’re looking for good beer.
Ill be there on Saturday, i prefer to park on the top level of the parking deck across the street from the stadium and tailgate. Gonna bring a cooler of beer and some subs.
