We need a winger badly. In hindsight, maybe we should have sold Ramsey and promoted Nelson to the first-team. Nelson can play on the right side and wouldn't upset the balance of the team.

Yea if we move Ramsey on this upcoming window or if we start phasing him out I can see Nelson as the logical replacement. Ozil and Ramsey playing at the same time hasn't worked out so far. Ozil should move back to the #10 role.

I’m not sure who exactly who we should look for but position wise CB has to be first. Holding has stepped up this season but how’s he going to compare to other top clubs? Sokratis has impressed this year but Mustafi is Mustafi.
Another position is CM. The front office has to find a way to sell Ramsey in this window and replace him with someone who is great with the ball at his feet. We really don’t have a good dribler on the team. I also wouldn’t be surprised if we sold El Nany. He’s got no PL time and with AMN coming back the writing should be on the wall sooner than later.
It would be great if Nelson would be able to come back in January. It would be interesting to see what we did with Welbeck if that’s the case.

We look like poo. They are giving us problems with the high press. As creative as Ozil is he’s turning over the ball a heck of a lot.
