Tony's is a Mexican restaurant now.

Next time you go make sure to notice that they NEVER answer the phone and it just rings off the hook the entire time
Also, the meal MUST be eaten with a red cream soda, it is just right. The veal cutlets and mac n chese with gravy all ova is the BOMB

His son Tommy. I went to high school with him and he's taken the old man's place behind the register.
He may collect but Tammy is in charge.

This was the worst thing to see when I went back recently. I lived across the street from there.

Must have pissed him off when they left and opened the same type business right down the street from him at the time.
If I recall correctly, Angelo's went out of business pretty quickly after R&C opened up, but I was still a pretty young guy at that time and really didn't pay that close attention.

Technically he was retiring and no one else wanted to run it but yea, it was kinda sucky. My dad worked there growing up. Probably around the same age as you!
There are other stories about the situation obviously but I'm not posting those here.

Carlo died of a stroke. You're thinking of another person. Mario. His brother.

Meh, Tony's was about the same. Their red beans were a hell of a lot better.
