It’s hard to believe this is real life. That guy is the bigggest thug on his team. Crazy thing the coach that almost fought JB is Lawann Latson. He is from Woodlawn SH and played for Saints briefly. Super guy, I was hoping he would knock JB arse out.i don’t know how the coaches even survived the year with him. That guy does not have the football knowledge to be on our high school staff. I can’t see him lasting very long as a coach. The QB is the worst excuse for a teammate I’ve seen.

He was arrested for armed robbery last month in Titusville, FL. Some puppy.

Why didn’t they highlight Calvin Jackson, who seemed to be the best offensive clutch performer?

Yep, best player on the team. Signed with Washington State.

Its sad man. Probably a lot of bad influences in his hometown. I liked the kid and was cheering for him.

She's cute.

I figured there would be more discussion about her on here. She's not hot or anything, but I bet she can get laid whenever she wants in that town.

What? His father wasnt around. His mom was in jail for four years. His cousin was murdered. His brother is in jail. He was poor and surrounded by people with the same exact problems

Now you tell me, what are the odds that he would make it out of that environment?

Understand we arent giving him a pass for his actions or saying he should be treated differently. Just acknowledging that the odds of him getting in trouble with the law are/were astronomically higher than your average person

If it wasn't for God given talent, he would've been in jail long before now. He's got speed but his attitude was piss poor. Not surprised by the news. You'd think a kid who came from nothing, and was given every opportunity to make some big money would realize it. He was blessed with God given talent/ speed. His attitude tells me he hasn't worked for anything he achieved in football. He's a quitter and looking for the easy route. Guess he found it now...three hots and a cot will be right up his alley. He won't have to worry about anything for the foreseeable future.

Odds are irrelevant when it comes to taking ownership of your own life.

If anyone should have odds on their side, I think it would be a kid who's come from all that adversity and would use it to remind him daily that he's got a ticket out. It takes zero effort to say thank you or be respectful. Instead, he was a sorry arse piece of shite. His attitude sucked and the sample from LCU showed his work ethic sucked. Shame he couldn't pull his head out of his arse and see the opportunity sitting right in front of him.

ETA: I'll agree he has probably never had anyone in his life hold him accountable. Or him having to work at his talent to actually get better, outside of having God given talent. He was probably catered to all his life by teachers and coaches so he could play football and the only thing he knows is handouts and thug mentality.

I don't really give enough shits about your posts to care one way or the other what you are saying. You said the odds are stacked against him and I simply responded that you take ownership of your own actions. The end. No need for further discussion.
