How many times do you hear them spout nonsense or inaccuracies about our program?

I agree with you to a point.

How many times do they spout accuracies, that are a negative and you agree? Sometimes we can't see the forest for the trees, to emotionally invested. Fact is Ed O is the head coach, LSU has been down the last few years (they aren't getting points from intimidation, like they used too or bama does now)! You want them to shut up and show respect for your beloved team? Well, LSU needs to show it on the field! Just WIN baby

Team compares most to 2014 with the inexperience at the skill positions that we are going to be starting. Hope we are better than 8 wins.

Yeah but LSu had a shite ton returning for the 03 season, future GoAt as coach and Mauck coming back from Injury which fwiw was lil Nicky’s fault. 02 season could have been much better if Mauck didn’t get hurt at the end of the Florida Game.

No...Texas, K State, and Pitt all suck.

Stupid premise.

That 2010 season was quirky. A 10-2 team that could easily have been 7-5 if not for some incredibly lucky breaks and a couple of comic-book finishes.

That ‘02 squad wasn’t the typical 5-loss team. They were humming before Mauck went down in garbage time in the swamp. And way more key guys returned the following season than we have this year.

Plus, instead of the guy with the worst SEC winning percentage as a full-time coach in league history calling the shots we had perhaps the best coach in CFB history.

We didn’t have to face off against any coach of Saban’s caliber equipped with multiple #1 recruiting classes.

4 OOC cupcakes at home instead of a top 25 opponent at a neutral site.

And given all these advantages, still suffered a head shaking loss to Florida in a game which defied all realistic explanation.

Tigers were at home, had a BYE WEEK ADVANTAGE, and Florida came into the contest 3-3 and was reeling. And, LSU was never competitive that afternoon, as the Tiger defence transformed unheralded players such as Ran Carthon and Ciatrick Fason into potential Heisman wannabes.
