How to get cheapest flight?

Trying to book MSY-DEN for the 27-31. I know it’s last minute and may have to eat it, but any tips to find a reasonable flight?

Spirit sucks but it will get you there for $320. That's not the worst price considering the last-minute nature of the booking.

Of July? Lol, yeah too late most likely. 45-90 days out is prime deal rates. Less than that and they got you basically. More than that and there's absolutely no reason to make a reservation unless you found a great deal.

$360 ish for southwest.

Southwest might be your best bet. Like somebody already said, it's about $360ish right now and you wouldn't have to pay to check any bags as first two are free.
