Lol oh the melting from CNN and Jake Tapper. Seems like Acosta’s douchiness/unprofessionalism is finally coming back to bite them in the arse.

CNN host Jake Tapper said Saturday that the White House canceled national security adviser John Bolton's appearance on CNN's "State of the Union" after President Trump's tense exchange with a network correspondent at a Friday press conference. Tapper tweeted that Bolton was scheduled to appear on the Sunday show and "remains fully prepared to do the interview but the White House has canceled it."
Tapper cited Trump's refusal to take a question from CNN White House correspondent Jim Acosta during a press conference in London on Friday. He called the network "fake news" at the time.

The comment section of that article makes Toddy and TJGatorBhoy look somewhat normal and sane.

Wants Trump to act presidential yet Acosta doesn't think he has to be professional in espousing that sentiment.

If Obama had done this to Fox News this board would have rioted.

That entire trip, the foreign press acted with civility and courtesy, even though they all hate Trump's guts. Acosta and his ilk on the other hand behaved like spoiled children throwing a tantrum.
News Flash CNN : Stop sending Acosta to follow Trump around and you might not get cancellations.

You don’t understand. This is what CNN WANTS. There’s a reason he hasn’t been moved. They love this.

And FOX had eight years to do it but didn't. You're not very good at comparing fact to fiction are you?

I believe there was a time when Obama shut Fox out of briefings entirely.

How Obama Treated Fox News
"October 2008
Then-candidate Obama complained he would be polling higher if Fox didn’t exist. “I am convinced that if there were no Fox News, I might be two or three points higher in the polls,” Obama told liberal journalist Matt Bai of the New York Times Magazine. “[T]he way I’m portrayed 24/7 is as a freak! I am the latté-sipping, New York Times-reading, Volvo-driving, no-gun-owning, effete, politically correct, arrogant liberal. Who wants somebody like that?”
October 2010
Obama admitted in a softball interview with Rolling Stone that he “disagrees” with Fox News. No shock there, but added he believes Fox has a “destructive viewpoint.”
“I think Fox is part of that tradition — it is part of the tradition that has a very clear, undeniable point of view. It’s a point of view that I disagree with. It’s a point of view that I think is ultimately destructive for the long-term growth of a country..."

Obama v Fox
"Recently, the White House has kept Fox News off of conference calls dealing with the Benghazi attack, despite Fox News being the only outlet that was regularly reporting on it and despite Fox having top notch foreign policy reporters.
They have left Chris Wallace’s "Fox News Sunday" out of a round of interviews that included CNN, NBC, ABC and CBS for not being part of a “legitimate” news network. In October 2009, as part of an Obama administration onslaught against Fox News,White House senior adviser David Axelrod said on ABC’s “This Week” that the Fox News Channel is "not really a news station" and that much of the programming is "not really news.""

In the end, it probably doesn't matter. Most watching CNN on a Sunday morning are not likely to allow Bolton to move them from their entrenched positions on the administration.
Still, I disagree with the decision. I would have allowed him to slap Tapper around.

Lets compare in your scenario.
Acosta d-bag. Shep Smith d-bag.
Obama says he won't talk to d-bag Smith.
PT board laughs and says..."well BHO finally got something right."

Obama did this to Fox News in a hundred different ways. And this board was upset. Now it’s “good for the goose...”
