How many you BAWS know about cloud seeding,

I daily pay attention to weather radar and know local farmers here from Delhi to Swartz.

I've heard them speak about it before when I was younger, especially Mr. Hueinfeld who owns a lot of crop out here.

This year the rain has been statistically insane for the area from east of Monroe directly east through crop country. A specific area almost every day or every other day sees a formation in the same areas.

I don't know how that could be statistically competent without some outside variables in play. I know the state allows seeding in statute so I figured that is what is happening this harvest.
