I remember going to a restaurant near where I grew up as a kid and there being a cigarette machine.

I remember these... well basically everywhere in Louisiana when I was a child...

Really want one for my camp soon.

This was common not that long ago.

Smoking on airplanes was a little before that.

I remember smoking in theaters as a kid. Was too little to know if it was legal, but I remember the smell and the haze hanging over the crowd.

The Scots spell it whisky and the Irish spell it whiskey, with an extra 'e'. This difference in the spelling comes from the translations of the word from the Scottish and Irish Gaelic forms. Whiskey with the extra 'e' is also used when referring to American whiskies.

They have vending machines with beer all over Okinawa. Not unusual to see a vending machine on a rural road next to a cane field. Weird and wonderfully refreshing

Look a little more closely. You choose water or soda as the mixer for your whisky. There's only one coin slot.
