Am I the only ahem.... "conservative".... here who thinks drugs and prostitution should stay illegal and gav marriage should go back to being illegal? What happened to conservatism? Now it is all about how tolerant can I be? Man we are truly fricked as a society...

No, it's about the government not being able to tell people how to go about their daily lives. That used to be a conservative value. Now they just say they hate the government while constantly growing it and funding it.

If alcohol is legal, pot should be as well. Much less destructive to society than alcohol. Right there with you on any other illicit drugs.
With you on prostitution.
Nothing in the Constitution empowers the federal government regarding marriage in any way. That includes federal judges all the way up to the Supremes. The 10th Amendment says any judgment or ruling at the federal level is by definition unconstitutional.
