Sounds like you have a case of the ‘Poor Me’s.’ That’s a really crappy place to be in and makes you feel really depressed.
If you truly want to feel better, get a piece of paper and number 1-30. Go down listing all the things you are grateful for. Nothing is too trivial. Health, family, electricity, etc.
Sit back and look at your list. Compare it to billions of people in the world and you should feel better.
