I cant disagree more. I think you repeating this bullshite is a slap in the face to police officers everywhere. I think the vast majority of policemen would have done something to at least distract the shooter. You keep repeating “natural instincts” like its some trump card no one can argue against. Of course everyone has natural instincts for self preservation. Freezing for a few moments is one thing but for 15 minutes while people are being fired apon is cowardice. In your mind there is no situation which one is a coward or pussy...because “natural instincts”
People are much more capable than you give them credit for. You projecting your insecurities upon everyone else is bullshite.
Its not about “he had a billion machine guns and cameras and other guy had a handgun.” If one makes that argument, they completely miss the point. The man was a POLICE OFFICER who made a conscious decision that risking his life to fulfill his duty was not worth it even to save defenseless people.
Anyone who defends this police officer better not make one damn argument against gun control for private citizens

a completely different scenario and they weren't trained for it..Pretty sure that no one rushed in on that guy and they shot him from as far away as they could

Of course. No one is surprised.
There are a few good cops with big balls, but most are just there to write tickets, game the system when they can, and make what they can because they dont have a lot of options.

I disagree with most of them being like that but there certainly seems to be more than I thought. Thats why cops should be punished for dereliction of duty. Cops should know there will be consequences when they refuse to to their job

Dude gets to live with that the rest of his life
If you want to pull him off duty, fine, but I wouldn’t punish further.
Him blaring in against automatic fire and who knows how many shooters like Rambo with a girl on her second day and 2 security guards likely only ends with 4 more deaths and no one there to contain the guy. It’s an absolutely awful situation.
