Bed-in-a-box recommendations?

Savvy members of the OT, I just purchased a Purple mattress for my new apartment. My former mattress was quite old, and I didn’t want to lug it and the bed frame 600 miles when I recently moved. I liked the prospect of ordering a mattress online that was delivered to your door in a tube that could easily be transported.
My gf (no pics), and I settled on a Purple. I like it so far; but I’m not overly picky. I can sleep on the ground if I have to. It’s looking like it’s going to be too firm for her, though (insert sex joke here). I told her we need to give it a month or so. The return window is 100 days.
You guys and gals got any suggestions? If we ditch this one, it’ll be for something less firm I imagine. They have so many options now. It’s hard to weed through the bullshite that you face both online and in mattress stores.

I'm about to buy a new mattress myself. I have looked at all the online, bed in a box brands. I have narrowed my choices down to the Saavta and Leesa Saprina.
I originally was thinking the purple myself but then saw they had either a D or F by the BBB and reviews were either great or terrible.

I have a tuft and needle. Probably a year now. I love the mattress and the company and customer service is unreal awesome.

I have a leesa. Sleep like a baby on it

I have a helix. I liked the little bit of customization they provided; mine is more firm than my former roommates tuft and needle though.

Bought a Zenus off Amazon last year. It was one of those deal of the day things. I would not recommend it. I think there's a reason it was a deal of the day item.

Casper sucked but their customer service was great!

We came down to Leesa and Casper and got the Leesa solely because we had West Elm gift cards. Tried them both, both were good. Happy with the Leesa.
Dog sleeps on a Casper, so I can ask him if that'll help.

I'm in the market and its a bit overwhelming. Flip flopping around between leesa, leesa sapira, casper and purple. All 4 have reviews saying it's the best thing in the world and reviews saying it is complete crap and were compelled to return it a few weeks after buying.
Can't tell if the complaints are inherent to the matress or a quality control issue.
100 day trials are nice, but what are you supposed to do? Buy 3 or 4 mattresses and then return the ones you don't want?

None of them suck, they're all good.
But with foam, I think it's really difficult to tell what'll be just a bit too soft/too firm for a given person. It's the same with memory foam pillows. I've been looking for 5+ years for something akin to early-Tempurpedic pillows and I can't find them.
If it's off just a bit, you might really dislike it at first. I will say that my wife, who hasn't ever slept with foam pillows or a foam mattress before, thought the Leesa was a rock when we got it. After 10 days or so she was fully on board.

Some have 365 night trials. Spend the next 5-6 years "trying" each one. A day or 2 before the period ends, send it back and "try" another.

Bought one of these for my 5 year old and it's very comfortable.

I think most mattresses take a lot of time to adjust to. I had really bad sciatica about 10 years ago and switched to a firmer mattress. At first it made my back feel way worse, but then after about 3 weeks the sciatica was gone.
Some of the complaints may be people still adjusting their new mattresses. I would just buy one and give it a try, but make sure to give it at least a month and allow yourself to adjust to it.

I order a Helix and love it. It did take me a couple of weeks to get used to it.
