Sex Pistols were against both the left and right wings
I don’t have a problem with questioning authority or power structures, the problem comes when you’re picking and choosing which power structures to challenge, which the right is want to do these days as they accept everything that comes out of the President’s mouth as gospel. Nothing punk about that.

I got into a shouting match a few weeks ago with liberals when I suggested looking at Trump as they would a 2 dimensional Bond villain might be counterproductive. When I lived in Austin and hung out with social work grad students they looked at me like I was to he right of Glen Beck.

The Sex Pistols were anarchists. Probably would have been Libertarians today.

There are at least 20-30 hardcore liberals who regularly post on this site. If conservatives posted on DU or Daily Kos one time, they'd be permabanned. That's an echo chamber.
