Reath was invited to play on the Summer League roster with the Dallas Mavericks. They need bigs badly, would be awesome to see him earn a roster spot.

Might be able to at least play his way onto their G-League affiliate with Hornsby.

Did you know: Duop Reath is originality from the Sudan, and moved to Perth, Australia at age 9.

If he continues to develop like he did from his junior year to senior year he’s got a great shot to have an NBA career. Definitely a career over seas

Luka Doncic and Dennis Smith Jr are not going to be playing this summer.

He played hard for us. I’ll cheer for him if he makes it to the big league

Yeah, initial reports were that Doncic would not be on the summer roster due to the number of games he’s played over his last two seasons, but the article I pulled this roster from suggested that in ‘very’ limited minutes, DSJ and Doncic would be working out their court chemistry. At any rate, hope Reath can benefit from both of their passing games

He’s being coached by God Shammgod.

My God, he should learn SOMETHING.

Wop is strong and aggressive. I feel he'll be starting for Dallas in the near future.

Just making a roster would be a huge accomplishment for this young man. Relentless worker. Will have to drastically improve his defense and physicality though. He's pretty polished offensively. Great post game and nice stroke from outside.

Pulling for Duop. He did a great job here, worked hard, got better and didn't get demoralized during a transition period. I'd love to see him catch on in the NBA.

Last season, Reath's success may be the biggest indicator to what good coaching can do.

Wish he had more years with Wade. More proof that JJ was one of the worst hires at LSU.
