Real problem is that abandoned school back there is built on a Super Fund haz mat site. You can’t develop that area without spending millions to get all of that dirt and waste out of there.

They built a school on a hazmat site?

And there isn’t an EPA superfund site in Valley Park. There’s only two in EBR.

They're relocating a school into valley Park building this year . I didn't realize that area was that bad . Is it like carjacked middle of the day bad or just stuff like this ?

Not a Superfund Site, but they built the school on top of an old landfill.
