In hindsight, this post while accurate is kind of funny.

The "offensive" was at best neutral to Fulton's cause and I don't think it added even a little bit of pressure to the NCAA.

Best chance we have. Can't really file a suit against them since the NCAA is a voluntary entity. The players really have no rights and aren't protected by a union or the Collective Bargaining Agreement, so making them bend to pressure and approve his appeal is really the only avenue they have at this point. The lawyers are trying to exhaust every route they can find, and find any loophole or grey area in wording to exploit.
