By the end of summer is all I've heard. Nothing definitive past that.

I'm anticipating them dragging their feet until game 6, then approve the appeal... at that time the SEC will step in and impose their own penalty that lasts 6 games and a bowl ban.
We've seen that happen on academic appeals before, or close to it.
