It doesn’t matter. Either O wins or they both get fired. Alleva is now tied to O. Not a horse I would have hitched my wagon to, but it’s not my job.

I agree. Although, it is his fault that the offense was still atrocious. It was his fault that a much more talented team lost to Troy. It was also his fault that he was a pussy against Notre Dame, which ultimately resulted in a Loss. The decline in recruiting could also be blamed on no one else. But yes I agree that he could not hire himself to begin with.

No its not his fault he was hired. I don't blame him for that where I blame O is for his stubbornness and unwillingness to change and think his way is the only way to do things when he failed miserably at doing just that. But yes alleva is at fault for hiring his unqualified arse. Why I want Alleva gone before O so he doesnt botch another hire. He lucked into Will Wade because Wade sought out Alleva to get the interview because he wanted the job. I don't trust Alleva not to screw up the next hire.
