In a case like this, evidence is not needed. Even if doctor exams/records were involved and made available, they wouldn't be needed for the burden of proof. The little girl and mom are all that society needed in this case. The motherfricker is guilty no matter what. I'd like to kill him myself, very, very slowly.

Huh? So you don’t even care about his guilty plea? Crazy.

Well, yes, of course, but whether he PLED guilty or not guilty, his arse was in a ringer! Best thing he can do now is off himself and head on to the fires of hell.

Dude is willing to have a child molester on his team to win. AND THE OSU ADMINISTRATION SUPPORTS THAT DECISION. That entire school is garbage as far as I’m concerned.

I don’t think it’s that simple. I wish it was man. I’m with you. I get it. But it’s obviously not that simple and a mistake to say an entire administration is garbage because this kid played baseball there. I have no doubt that there are people there that would rather he not have been there and there are people that will believe it’s all bs and the kid did nothing and doesn’t deserve to have his life ruined and all that. There are idiots in every state. There are only a handful of people in that admin that have the power to allow or deny him the opportunity to play there. Those are the people responsible. Most people are just doing their job and living their lives. I can’t remember but was he already enrolled when this whole thing became public?

LSU boots a potential Heisman for weed............OSU has registered sex offender pitching for them.........CURRENTLY

they kicked our arse regardless, but that’s pitiful.

Obviously much different circumstances but LSU had a registered sex offender on their team once too. Jeremy Hill

You don't ever plead guilty to molesting a four year old if you didn't do it.

Sorry, not sorry.

Yeah it is pretty embarrassing. Honestly he never received any discipline from the team for “character” issues or any issues for that matter. He was the one who chose to leave the team when the story broke. Technically, OSU HC did not discipline him one bit

He should transfer to Baylor or Penn St or Michigan St, FSU, where they welcome the rape culture..?

He could have solved this:

Put out a statement apologizing and accepting guilt. Assure teams he has had an evaluation/treatment to asses risk. Pledge every single dollar of his contract to the victim/family and petition them to give him back enough for a small apartment and groceries. Some MLB team may have given him a shot with this.

Doesn't mean that everything goes back to normal and everyone forgets what he did.

That's why the kid went undrafted. His sentence wont be over until he's dead and gone. He has to live with the consequences of his actions for the rest of his life now.

If you were accused of molesting a child, or of any other crime, would you plead guilty if you didn’t do it? I sure as frick wouldn’t.

I have no idea if he did or didn't do this. But deducing that he definitely did solely on the fact that he plead guilty is naive. If you were accused of a crime at 16, and your lawyer told you to just "sign this piece of paper, and you'll avoid jail and it will all go away by the time you're 18" I have a feeling you'd do exactly what Heimlich did in this case.

I hope he's a senior this year.

I'm not going to google a pedophile's name to find out if he's a senior or not, but if he was in the draft last year, and was eligible to get drafted this year, he's almost guaranteed to be a senior this year.

He’ll be Oregon State’s ace again next year.

This came out last spring, but it’s suspicious that the 2 time Washington Gatorade player of the year doesn’t get drafted out of high school. MLB teams aren’t dumb.
