And every reality show except for Celebrity Rehab. That one was gold.

So no King of the Hill either? You're missing out.
I still find it hard to believe, after 30 years or so, and years of syndication, you haven't seen one episode

Of all the shows mentioned in this thread, I haven't watched or seen an episode of 95% of them.

The only ones mentioned that I've seen multiple episodes of are Survivor (very 1st season), South Park, and American Idol. Only episode of The Simpsons I remember seeing was way back in high school, an episode where Bart was smashing grapes with his feet.

I don't think I've ever even heard of those shows. Couldn't tell you a single thing about any of them.

Both seriously worth the time investment.

I would also throw in The Wire and The Shield.

Watch those 4 and thank me later.

(ETA: Or 5 if you haven't seen Breaking Bad.)

I watched the Wire and LOVED it! It made me keep Netflix. But I rarely spend the time to watch it anymore.

I'll probably start sopranos soon.

Not sure I get all the posters who care enough about TV to visit and post in this forum, but confess to not seeing some of the best TV ever.

If you're not into fantasy, I understand not giving Game of Thrones a watch (even though I think you'd love it). But The Sopranos, The Wire and Breaking Bad are going to be very near the top of ANY list of best TV shows of all time. If you haven't seen them, you should. Soon. You'll thank me later.

Btw, Lost isn't Shakespeare, but was tons of fun to watch with the family. It's got something for everyone. Plus, the Easter eggs, mysteries and hidden meanings. Trying to spot, analyze and unravel each episode was great fun. Well done TV.

I am surprised at the amount of people here who have not watched LOST. I have not hid the fact that I love that show. Did from the very beginning and I watch it once a year.

If a person can go into it with a open mind, Im not sure there are many people who would not be captivated by it. I know there has been so much talk about it over the years that people have a idea what it is before they watch a single episode.

It is an incredible show but does require a incredible effort to watch. ITs a big series. But in the end, It is just great TV.

Watch it people. With a open mind
