What is Will Wade's Pitch?

I'm just curious, with the consistent success we've had in recruiting, is the pitch simply to "restore LSU basketball to its glory days," or is it something more? I would think "playing time" is a part of it, but with the depth on the roster, I'm not sure.
Must be one hell of a pitch.

Consistent success? Two years and one top 15 class. He's doing an amazing job, there's no need to embellish.

Just going off everything I've read or heard in interviews with Wade, two things stand out that might answer this question in part:
One, he really emphasizes individual skills development with recruits and connects it to getting to the NBA. The way he presents it seems to resonate with kids.
Two, he said in an article a few months ago that he tells elite recruits that programs don't make the player, players make the program.
