Not really....unless someone if front of is parked at a green for more than 5 seconds.

I used to be all road ragey...but I've calmed down a lot thankfully.

A couple months ago I was getting onto the thru way by the airport in Lafayette. A young girl in a sedan was in front of me at the red light and it's a right turn only for both lanes. There's absolutely no traffic coming from our left, which has the green light and she's just sitting there. And this is a long light. I start blowing the horn and she's looking at me in her rear view mirror and I'm using my hands to point "Go!" She just continues to sit there the couple of minutes it's takes until the light turns green and finally goes.

It’s because she’s on her phone.

Yes and sometimes I give them the one finger salute.

If they look like they needed it.

Yes. i don’t lay on the horn, but I do give them a wake up bump of the horn at stop lights especially, and it happens way more times during the day than I wish it would, but most people in this city are so preoccupied with everything but the road and cars in front of them that it becomes a necessity if you want to actually get anywhere during the day. I’d prefer some of them wear shock collars.

You damn right I do..

And if someone blows the horn at me, I yell "the horn blows, what about the driver?"

I had to lay on my horn at a carwash one day because some bitch was too busy with her cell phone to move on up in line. She proceeded to open her door, stand up and start yelling at me. I just continued to blow my horn for about 15 seconds until she shut her mouth and moved on up.
