Weather conditions there will probably make things play differently more than the park dimensions.

Field dimensions I would assume.

OP is terrible at starting threads.

Honest answer:

Being that temperature in Corvallis will be about twenty degrees cooler at least will demonstrate that air molecules will be more densely packed. Hence, a 332 homerun at Alex box stadium could result in a 328 out at Oregon state. This applies to both teams as does wind direction and velocity. However, since the hometeam typically is used to playing in those conditions, the advantage usually shades towards them. This has been your baseball science lesson by Neil De Grasse Tyson. Geaux!

What is the elevation scientist? You are forgetting they are above sea level. 332 foot shot in the box is prob a 332 foot shot in Corvallis.

The elevation difference is about 180 feet (59 above sea level for BR AND 230 for Corvallis). Not a huge difference when you compare Mile High stadium to BR. so wind direction and velocity still hold sway over molecular density. Other than that the difference between the two stadiums sea level is basically a wash when comparing molecular density at the same temperature. Being that it will be vastly colder, I stand by my scientist statement. This Neil De Grasse Tyson for your science baseball announcement.

So how does the size of the physical structure being so much smaller than Alex Box affect the wind velocity or does it at all?

The wind velocity stands alone unless there is a “wind tunnel”. Think the quad at LSU that has two openings at the north end that puts an occasional nice breeze on a sunny day. Aside for a natural or constructed “wind tunnel”, the batters will get the natural westward blowing wind . Neil Grasse Tyson is an LSU Baseball fan.

I was thinking since the walls and such are so short there would be less wind obstruction.

Will the dimensions of their park make the arse kicking we're gonna inflict upon them any less painful for them than the two we put on them in Omaha? Will altitude or winds have any impact in same regard?

That’s some pretty cool information. But will it make my sausage bigger for the beaver faced Corvallis hoes that I’m going to be raking in?

The average height of the walls at Boss stadium are 10.5 ft while the walls at Alex Box are 10.5 ft in the corners but grow to 12 in center. This will certainly be a factor when it comes to exit speed of the ball and more appropriately, trajectory. No triggers. Only wet panties for science, baseball, and Neil De Grasse Tyson.
