They haven't updated the interior of the Tacoma in like 10 years. It's still a great truck but fell behind in that department. Not worth the price anymore. Especially now that there's actual competition in mid sized trucks.
wrong

Stop making the same stupid post in every truck thread and I wouldn't "stalk" you.

I had a 2010 Chevy Z71 crew cab with a 150,000 Miles. Never a lick of problems. I Traded it in almost a year ago for a 2015 crew cab Z71. It now has 103,000 miles. I have yet to have any problems with it. Both have been great trucks.

I'm 6'3" and have had 3 General Chevy trucks (never again). The 2014 Max crew max 4wd Tundra I drive is the most comfortable vehicle I've ever owned...had a bunch I'm 68...

You and the three dumb people who upvoted your post must not be aware that the Tundra and Tacoma are made in Texas. Educate yourself before making a dumbass post.

I have owned Fords Chevys and Tundras.
Tundras are the best.
My last one I put over 250,000 miles on it and the only time wrenches were put on it were to change the oil and to change the brake pads. The friggin Panasonic battery lasted over 7 years.
Never had to have it aligned. Never had to change and alternator or the shocks or the anything.
Bought a 2017 last year. Has the same 5.7 liter engine as the 07 I had. They are reliable and repair free because Toyota is not changing mechanical parts like engines every two or three years.
They have a lot of towing capacity standard.
They are absolutely more reliable.
We own two fords in our company too and neither of them can make it through the year without some repair or another. Electronics, noisy dash, alternator something.

I owned a Dodge Ram that I drove for 115k that still had the original brake pads and battery on it when I traded it in. Nothing but oil changed, tires and an air filter. It's partially luck and how you drive and maintain it.

New Tacoma better than both choices.

Your obsession is unfortunate.
I’m glad to know that I’m not his only fixation!

You're way more concerned with me than I am with you.
I just call out dumb shite when I see it. If that happens to you a lot, well...

Not recommending any truck but definitely advise against GM trucks. 2014 Sierra owner here. 3 times A/C has broke with zero assistance from GM. Google issues with the a/c on these newer models and this is a widespread problem that GM ignores. Will never purchase GM again. Just my .02

Silver-ray-do will fall the frick apart at 80K miles

If gas mileage matters to you, go chevy. I average 19 in my Silverado. 22 if on a back road. I've heard tundra is around 15.

This. It's a much nicer truck than the Toyota. And they're all reliable in this day and age. The Toyota doesn't deserve that resale value at this point. It's no more reliable than the Silverado, and it's not as nice feature wise. They've been selling a subpar truck for a few years now, just getting by on their name.
So much stupid up in here.
