yep.
second best is a great place. He, and his leFanbois, should be happy.

As self appointed VP of the fan club, second best is where most of us have him

If you honestly are having this tough a time wondering how a player can have random games where he is gasses/tired/lethargic
The games where he played the worst and looked fatigued aren’t even random. They’re usually after short turnaround time, on the road when his teammates are playing poorly, and in deep playoff series’s when he can’t conserve energy on D as much.

He’s 33 and in his 15th season, and over those seasons he has payed about as many games as you can possibly play. One bad plane ride or a bad night’s sleep could have put him off for this game.
I think this thread could use a little push:
LeBron James - Age 31-33 seasons = 287 games played
Michael Jordan - Age 31-33 seasons = 304 games played (with 3 championships)
Proof that MJ is GOAT?

Getting old is hell. I don't recommend it to anyone.
Even LeBron.
This is what a very slow decline looks like- its not an atrophy of skill, its the sudden and inexplicable failure to bounce back the way you used to based on nothing specific *in that moment*, its the extra aches and pains that never bothered you 5 years ago, but that now make you want to stay home and rest.
LeBron could easily come out and have two terrific games to carry the Cavs to the Finals-- but it becomes less and less likely with every passing season, as time and mileage wear out his body and mind. Eventually, he won't rise to the occasion again-- and there's no turning back that clock.
Even LeBron.

I don't think you've said that in this thread but okay. I still tend to agree with Slackster's point more. But I'll put that at a solid number 2.

not many...
in fact in the last 10 years he only has 4 MVP titles, and none since 2012-13
that is currently ZERO consecutive seasons.

Well actually BoardReader is number 2

MVP isn't even "Best player" either.
Just ask Kobe

Then why do you and the leFanbius try so hard to convince the MSB?

Also, I never bring up MVPs in the "Who is better" discussions so your point doesn't even make sense.
