Poor bald and stupid is no way to go through life. I am simply trying to gauge what our expectations should be, and how much of the results should be attributed to O. The “what if” is a common tool used in analysis to consider other possible outcomes and set standards.

Only when it is possible to alter any of the factors already in place and replace them with one or more of the "what ifs".
