I caught my boss doing S&M with his mistress in the bathroom of the pizza place he owned and that I managed when I was in high school.
I passed by late at night on my way home and noticed his truck in the parking lot. He was a diabetic who was lousy taking care of himself, and I thought he might be having a problem. Let myself in the front, and walked around the corner in the back to find him tied up on the toilet, and his lady friend in the expected get up.
His wife was as disgusting a troll as you can ever imagine, so I didn't fault him too much.
