I’d love to be in a condo at the beach when one of these things rolls in.

There isn't enough booze in this world for me to endure any sort of TS or hurricane with children.

For me, I’ve found the answer is somewhere between a half and whole bottle of jack. Luckily, the last storm hit at night while my wife and daughter slept and I drank and looked out for any issues.

It doesn’t hurt that I have a whole home generator to always ensure A/C is working.

Sounds like a good prescription. Just need to know the dose. Are we talking 750 ml or 1.5 L?

I did the same. Living in Houston, I thought Harvey was interesting and frightening. There were several folks on here who provided info and insight that I would never get on any tv channel.

During football season and for hurricanes and the occasional snow storm, we have multiple 1.5 L bottles on hand because you never know who will stop by

I was back when I was a teenager.
It was awesome

Two foot waves in the pool.
Me and my friend played in the ocean.
That was, until I dove with a breaking wave and it penned me to the floor for about 40 seconds. Pretty sure I almost died.
