Dwight is the straw that stirs the drink.

100%. Everything he says makes me crack up. Kevin is right behind him.

I honestly liked the interaction between Dwight and Jim the best. It was always a good episode when Jim pranked Dwight in the opening scene

Again, 100% agree. The office has some of the most amazing opening scenes ever.

Dwight would be #4 on my list.

Is there any truth to NBC bringing it back soon?

I hope not. There's no way they can do what they did before with that show in today's pussy culture.

I watch the show from the perspective that Dwight is the good guy and Jim is the bad guy.

Right? I mean it ran its course. No sense in disgracing its corpse.

Now i’d Watch a show about schrute farms.

That is why I want it back so bad. I want to see them do it and enjoy the aftermath. There is so much they could come up with today, it would be amazing.

They wouldn't do it though. It'd be a tamed down version probably with a black female "Michael"

Or worse, a female “person of color”.

Nothing is as unfunny as a colorful feminist.

My ranking with my favorite on top.

Dwight Schrute
Todd Packer
Jim
Darrell
Michael
Pam
Todd Packer
Stanley
Meredith
Oscar
Creed
Karen
Kevin
Kelly
Andy
Erin
Phyllis
Ryan
Angela

Ryan and Angela are snitch bitches, I wouldn't frick with them. Ryan would sell a mother fricker out in a heart beat.

Phyllis is boring and likes to gossip.

Erin is just a dumbass. While her character is funny, I wouldn't want her on my team.

Andy is just a waste of space whose parents don't even like. He sucks at singing and he tries too hard.

The show was fine without a Michael after season 7. Dwight and Andy were carrying it by then. If they could do a true continuation of it, without hand cuffs, with Jim, Pam, Dwight, Andy, and a handful of the rest it could work.

Why? He would be at the bottom of my list I think if I had to rank them.

He has his moments, I like how he is the stereotypical mad black dude who just sits back and does crossword puzzles. He brings balance to the office, but I wouldn't consider him the best, he isn't really a main character.

It wouldn't have gotten to season 7 and beyond without Michael though.

Not in series form, but I think there was discussion of doing a “reunion special” where they check up on where the characters are X amount of years later. If the original writers come back and they do it correctly, that could be great.

Disagree. I think the fact he was underutilized adds to his character. He is someone that keeps people wanting more.. And that's what makes him a good character.
