People Who Think Baton Rouge Is Not A Shithole

Have they ever left their own a-hole?
Baton Rouge is objectively a complete shithole. Trying to make a case against fact is just ridiculous.
Had a guy tell me the other day that he likes Baton Rouge and it's much better than a lot of cities in Texas. Yeah, man, it's better than Jena and Ferriday, too, but that's not something you should be proud of.
The traffic sucks.
The education sucks.
The culcha sucks.
The politics suck and are criminals.
The weather sucks.

I don't know whether it is a shithole or not but it probably reflects its leadership like all cities do.

I don't get why people can't admit a place they love is a shithole. It's not a big deal.
BR is objectively terrible, but there are many good things about it. For a lot of people, it's a great place to live.

I actually plan to move back to BR when my daughters are off to college, etc in 6-8 years.
