Seems like they'll be very well set with Brown and Tatum going forward.

No, because it wasn't at the expense of anyone. Don't be surprised if they use him to make a run at Kawhi. GH is still an all-star level player and if you send him and a pick (C's still have those) that is very likely to be the best deal the Spurs get, plus it sends him out East.

If not, you have 3 of the best 10 wings in the East. That's a great problem to have in today's NBA.

Yeah it’s hard to have too many two way wings. That’s called a good problem

Especially since Tatum and Morris are fully capable of playing the 4 so it’s not even an issue finding minutes for everyone

Doubt it. Aside from the surplus assets, they may not get the deal done for Kyrie if they didn't sign Hayward first.

I am wondering how kyrie really feels. He came to boston to be the man. Now his team is rolling and not missing a beat without him, showing they dont need him. How will he fit back in? They play unselfish right now, with great ball movement and defense. Kyrie will slow the ball movement down, iw a liability on defense, and mentally will he be (all in) knowing this isnt HIS team now?

The Celtics can’t do this after recruiting him to Boston last summer and after the injury. It would reflect very poorly on the organization in the eyes of future free agents, especially for a team that has had difficulty getting star free agents to sign in the past.

Boston is gonna finish 2nd in the East without Hayward and Kyrie

With both, they're title contenders, IMO.

I don't think they could have gotten Kyrie without getting Hayward first

They're gonna be really, really good.

You’re assuming they lose this series?

He's overrated af so probably.

But he's good so it isn't that big a deal.

Kyrie is fantastic at doing what he does.

But he'd never sniff a series win against GS without Lebron.

Ding ding ding. All this GH for Kawhi stuff is nonsense. Brad and Gordon Hayward have huge man crushes on each other and he fits on this team perfectly next year. Reduce Semi Larkin and Mooks numbers a little less and boom. We’ll have three top notch athletic two way wings who can shoot create and defend.

What team from the east is matching up with that plus Horford and Kyrie?
