I kinda asked this last week but I asked another 5 questions on the post and it led to nowhere. So maybe just 1 question will be fine

A bullet to the head would be best.

Depends, how hurt is your client and how much $$ do the ones responsible for his injuries have?

Some make so much they can afford to have 8,888.888 billboards all over the state, in Texas, and Mississippi.

I prefer Dudley DeBosier. They’re the official injury lawyers of the LSU Fightin’ Tigers.

Enough for those pieces of shite to raise the insurance premiums of everyone in the state

I mean the guys on the billboards make bank. The 30 people working under them, and the other 1000 smaller PI people don’t do that well.

Or, as in Louisiana, how much insurance coverage is available? Plenty of doctors willing to treat just enough to exhaust those policies, injured or not lol.

What a stupid question. It depends.
Posted on 5/5/18 at 11:20 am to mikeybaw69
Way more than they should.

Wondering who does personal injury related to the use of NuvaRing?
Posted on 5/5/18 at 11:54 am to mikeybaw69
It’s essentially a 100% commission job so good ones make a lot .... shitty ones not so much.

40% of the settlement plus expenses.
Posted on 5/5/18 at 11:58 am to mikeybaw69
33% if the case is settled, or 40% if the case winds up in court.

It depends. The owners of the PI mills do well. Your average associate at those firms probably doesn't make more than $50k per year. Your solo practitioners do better than that, but the hours are worse than restauranteurs unless you have the world's greatest paralegal.

Personal injury attorneys in low insurance premium states charge the same percentages as those here.
Our high rates are more attributable to bad drivers. drinking/texting while driving, bad roads and bridges, polluting industries, and a scumbag insurance commissioner than they are to how much personal injury lawyer charge or make. Our laws here been stripped to actually favor wrongdoers.
Stop drinking the LABI Kool-Aid and get woke.

Name one doctor that treats uninjured people and says they are injured.
And give us proof
Or STFU.
