I'd MUCH prefer this to come out. As much as you can prepare yourself like Curry will come back 'at some point', we need to just pretend he'll be a full-go come Saturday. It'll increase the sense of urgency (regardless of how focused they are) in practice and mental preparation
I'd rather them over prepare for a fully-healed Steph Curry and he doesnt play, than getting a report that he's not coming back anytime soon, and a few hours before the game, he comes trotting out expected to play 30 mins on Saturday night

I wouldn’t be surprised if this is a leaked report to get the Pels game planning for him. He’s being re-evaluated tomorrow. I highly doubt he’s evaluated and cleared to play immediately. I’ve seen him warming up on his own before games but has he had any serious live practice time? He will be on a solid minutes restriction and it will take at least a week for him to be remotely close to playing strength.

Hoping he doesn't play won't make it come true. Fans might as well be confident whether he plays or not.
