We HAVE to limit second chances and get more of our own. We got very lucky with Portland because they beat the shite out of us on the offensive glass. To win this series we HAVE to win that battle.

And send a goon after Donkey's bitch arse. Get him frustrated.

Come home with a win. Let the blender take over.

As always, one of the major keys to us winning is limiting our turnovers.

Defensive key will be to make them play iso ball as much as possible. I know it sounds crazy, but the more Durant iso plays we have, i think the better chance we have to defeat them. Even if Durant score 40, taking 28 shots, i think that's better than their offense clicking and everyone for them is scoring b/c they are getting open shots and open lanes.

In the 3 wins vs the spurs, Durant took less than 20 shots in each game, 17, 19 and 17. In the one loss, he took 28 shots. Warriors had 19 assists in the loss, 26, 32 and 32 in the wins.
In the last game we beat them, he scored 41 on 26 shots. We had 39 assists, they had 31.

Pretty simple keys to victory at face value i think. Don't turn the ball over, and make Durant play iso ball. Now coming up with a scheme to be implemented in game to achieve that, well that's what Coach Gentry and his staff is for.
I think we are going to switch a lot more picks against the Warriors, where as we did pretty much everything we could to not switch picks against the Blazers. If you try to let Draymond and Iggy and Livingston beat you, they probably will. Can't go double teaming Klay and Durant off picks like you did to Lillard and McCollum.

And one last key, DO NOT let Draymond Green get to AD. He will without a doubt do everything he can to piss him off. He is going to be extremely aggressive with him. The role players need to make sure when he does crap like this, that they do it back to him. Take Draymond out of his game, don't let his antics affect AD, draw those antics to guys like Solo, Moore and Miller and even Rondo. Solo's goal for this series should be to get Draymond kicked out of at least 1 game.

Second chance points weren’t that much of an issue. It was just a biproduct of the traps we ran on Lillard and C.J.

It’s going to be interesting to see what defensive scheme Darren Erman cooks up this series. Not sure who he puts on KD.

Goldies will throw the ball away. Curry sits.
Pels up, 2 games to 0.

Curry returns. Oh oh. Pace increases, spacing improves for kd and Klay.
Golden in 7.
