Well I think they should if they show up to practice drunk.

But to be honest, it will show in their performance, if they are drunk. They wont last long on any team.

And yes you run that risk no matter who you pick, so why compound it by adding an addictive drug to the mix, when you already know he is addicted.

you Keep saying it’s going to effect performance but constantly it is shown the only reason it effect performance is when they are suspended. It’s a self fullfilling prophesy.

If you are going to make a player choose between his career and something make sure that something is going to effect his job performance.
