It’s a dumb rule. I am Not saying you should be able to do whatever you want and ignore an employers dumb rules without repercussion, but an employer making the rule doesn’t make it less dumb.


It doesn't matter if you or I think its dumb. None of that is relevant. What is relevant is a employer has policies and expects its employees to follow it. If you don't like it, find another job

This is real life, we may not like it but it is what it is.

Some of you have issues comprehending it.


Still doesn't matter if pot was legal nation wide, if the employer asks you not to, then you don't

yeah, you should follow the rules. but did you ever hear of prohibition? it was a stupid law. Key is responsible for being stupid, but we need to get rid of stupid rules for the future.

it's insanity, just as prohibition was insanity.

I was Literally asked why it’s a dumb rule.

Also, it’s fricking a fricking dumb rule because The owners and colleges are hurting themselves by not allowing this players to play for some harmless activity.
