re: Okay, I've noticed every other commercial features a bi-racial couple and children.

Tbird, I have absolutely no problem with interracial couples, but let's be real, they're pushing an agenda.
If half of the couples on TV were portrayed as gay couples, I'd point it out also.

I have noticed the shows about Louisiana almost never show Creole people.
Most of the mixed couple adverts feature white guys. Women just trying to tap into the privilege.

White culture is under assault. This really isn’t debatable anymore
You got that right. Especially white men. And I have four boys I’m raising. I’m preparing them for the ensuing insanity already unfolding.

If we didn't have the constant drumbeat of lecturing, there would be no negative reactions to these ads. You condition people to associate negative things with certain items, then put items in their faces - take a guess at the reaction you're going to get - negative.
Calling bullshite here. No one forces you to watch an ad. Showing interracial couples isn't "lecturing" anyone....unless you're already of the persuasion that such is a negative.
How much of a sad sack do you have to be to get your knickers in a twist over people of different races being together in commercials? Stop and think about what you're saying here. It's patently absurd.

Tbird 90s called they want that Spurs logo back
The old logo is still crazy popular here in SA. Wish we could have an alternate uniform with the fiesta colors.

As a culture we have already gotten beyond the notion that it is 'bad' for races to intermarry.
Threads like this would seem to disagree, man.

I suspect there is as much bigotry in the black community as there is in the white community over that
There is no "black community," but putting that aside, I'll certainly agree that (at least anecdotally) more black people these days tend to struggle with the interracial couples thing than whites that I know.

I am suspicious of the objective behind this trend. And my concern is much more about the marginalization of white males than it is about mixed marriages.
That's kind of silly on your part, then. How, pray tell, is a USAA ad featuring a black guy with a white girl (or any gender/race permutation) in any way a negative towards white males? It's not. The fact that you think it is highlights insecurity within yourself more than anything.

For a couple of years it has been overtly obvious that and ad white portrays a person perplexed by some common problem that can solved by whatever their product happens to be, that person is a white male. I cannot recall ONE black male appearing in an ad as a doofus. Every subject of derision in an ad is ALWAYS a white male.
Males in general get that treatment, not just white males. Little bit of confirmation bias going on there. shite, the most popular NBA tickets ad right now is a black guy who is too ignorant to figure out that he can find tickets to sold out games on NBATickets.com. His KID has to show him Come on.

I do object to a concentrated political movement that is dedicated to cultivating a climate where I should be put in a position to be apologetic and remorseful over that accident of birth.
Ads depicting interracial couples in no way promulgate a climate that mandates that you apologize for being white. I hate that shite with a passion, as you know. But getting worked up over ads is misplaced pushback against that leftist trope. Interracial couples are apolitical.

This is nothing more than the beginning of a movement to marginalize and stigmatize white males.
I hope I am wrong.
You are quite wrong, I assure you! Interracial ads ain't leftism or anti-white. It's nothing but positive to see.

Thanks for the response.
I hope you understand I am not basing my concern over marginalizing white males solely on the over-emphasis of mixed couples on TV ads. Those are just a minor facet of what is obviously a 'progressive' movement, the most egregious of which is taking place on college campuses. I was merely commenting in this thread within the context of the OP.
The wider agenda is far more worrisome = the educational syndicate.
