Trump has not hit Russia hard. Putin is getting passes from Trump and Trump is being pressured to do a few things. The Syrian raid was a pansy raid. Expelling diplomats is a yawn from Vlad. We need to jam him up on his petro sales which is the only thing holding Russia together. FYI; I am not lib - just think our walnut brain president is a disgrace.

You know,to really answer that question,you would need to have a serial number,so you could find out when they were built.
It actually doesn't cost much to shoot them,building them can be expensive though.
those were probably the missiles built years ago,with an expiration date about to run out.
