The atmosphere is the best in Lafayette.
The food is on par with other fine dining establishments in Lafayette.
The service is good, but not exceptional. But that's good enough to be the best in Lafayette. Much of the staff are college aged kids, not professional waiters.
For Lafayette, it's really good. Due to price point and competitors, it would be closed within the year in NOLA, maybe with 5-10 yrs in BR. I'm sure the rent on that building is exceptionally high.

Just to be clear... are you saying the Laffy location wouldn’t make it BR due to the service/food? Or are you saying Ruffinos will be closed within 5-10 years in BR regardless?
Ruffin and Peter print money out of the BR location is why I’m asking.

Really? I find Pamplona service to be better.
Ruffino's is pretty good. It's not in our rotation, but we go there occasionally.

Ruffin bought the building and land from Donald Link in 2013 as I'm guessing it's paid for by now. Cochon was open a little over 1 year before it closed.
