No, I wanted them to improve on offense. Not change the offense.

LSU gave up 37 points to Ms St and you only wanted them to improve on offense?

The majority of the time improving involves making changes. Until it is tried there is no way to know if the changes are necessary. They didn't work and like you said LSU went back to the motions and continued for the rest of the season.

Only he didn’t say that to just the team. He said it at a press conference to the fans. There is a big difference between saying the expectation is we will compete for an opportunity to be in the playoffs and saying we WILL be in the playoffs. Then turning around and being blown out by Msst in literally historic fashion, followed by a loss to Troy.

The excuses you’re using for last years failures will be the same ones you use this year to justify this shite show.

Since everyone wants him to fail, it should be easy for you to provide a post that shows someone saying they WANT him to fail. I've seen all of ONE.

LSU finished 3rd in the SEC West last season. One of the teams that finished ahead of them won the SEC West and beat both teams that played for the national championship

Ok.
1. Auburn - solid win at home.
2. Bama - beat the crap out of us, again
3. LSU
4. Miss st - beat us by 30
5. A&M - fired coach
6. Ole miss - fired coach before season
7. Arkansas- fired coach

But yeah, 3rd in the West!
4th in the SEC!!

I swear man, you’re like a politician the way you use certain stats

You will get no other responses to this. Fact is there are a lot of people on this board who can't wrap their head around the difference between wanting something to happen and expecting something to happen.

Coincidentally, those same people that are struggling with basic critical thinking support Ed Orgeron without fail. Go figure.

Don't waste your time. 3rd in the West is now considered an accomplishment to some. Disregard that fact that this exact outcomes is what got Les Miles fired. That's now irrelevant.

To the O haters. How did a mentally retarded , special ed, shrimp boat captain win 9 games last year? Somebody that handicapped should not have won any games!

Ok. Dabo Swinney was 9-5 in his first year as head coach at Clemson, he was 6-7 in his second year as head coach. It wasn't until his third season that he won 10 games, and Clemson has not won less than 10 games since 2011.

He beat Bama for his national championship.

Here are Clemson's recruiting class rankings since 2013:

2013: 15 Clemson
2014: 16 Clemson
2015: 9 Clemson
2016: 11 Clemson
2017: 16 Clemson

Y'all are some stupid arse mother frickers! Y'all say Coach O is a joke and y'all won't root for that clown, shrimp boat captain, caveman, retard, etc, etc!, But y'all will root for the team.

The same team that believes in their coach and wants to play for him. Yet y'all openly bash him on social media every fricking day! What a load of horse shite!

Actually, ill entertain one point:

quote:

Did you expect the national championship in his first season?

Are you satisfied with what you have seen in his first year as head coach? (I am legitimately asking and not interested in the typical "we have to wait and see what happens" answer.)

In what you have witnessed for a year under his leadership- are you proud of the where the program stands currently and are you satisfied as a fan that we are headed in the direction of winning SEC/National Championships?

People like you sure are stupid.

Not that it matters but I bet you railed on those who supported Miles, therefore making them LSU haters. The irony.

Nope, I'm not a negatard and nobody can say next season will be a shite show.

LSU finished 3rd in the SEC West last season and I believe the team as a whole will be better this year.

I just don't see the point in being miserable and crying about an ideology that may not and probably won't come to fruition. Seems like a waste of time to me.

LSU won 9 games DESPITE Ed Orgeron. Not because of him. The three games in which it was obvious and stated publicly that he was heavily involved in were Msst, Troy, and ND.

Coincidence?

Making changes shouldn't include allowing the TE coach to call plays from the previous season. Make the OC do the job you're paying him to do.

There was a multiple page thread done on this. If you can find it through a search you will see many, many more than ONE.

You might try to search "do you want" or something similar. It was asking if you want LSU to fail to replace Eaux. You would to be very naive to think the idiots weren't out in full force for that one.

Lawd, so he had nothing to do with the 9 wins yet everything to do with those 3 losses? So I'm guessing it was a wash in the Alabama game

I'll take your word for it. If it had that kind of thread topic, I just didn't read it because that's just stupid. Wanting the school you say you love to lose.
