Thing that pisses me off about Chick Fil A is that they serve the drinks at the counter. It’s a pain in the arse to bother them when they have a huge line for a refill.

Go to the side of the counter where they do the mobile pickup. Always someone there and they are super happy to refill cups.

CFA too pricey and they gave up on idea of bread. But damn people love it so gotta go with the people.

I have never been to a CFA where there was a long line and there wasn't at least one employee walking around asking if anyone needed a refill or anything else. I don't see a reason to be p issed.
