I didn't mean that as that is the only thing you want out of it.
My point was we could have drafted Chriss, or a guy like Dante Exum, or Ben Mclemore, or Mudiay with a top 10 pick, and they are so terrible they aren't even a tradeable assett.

Buddy was good enough to trade for an All-Nba player.
Buddy will never be an allstar, but he'll play in the league for 10+ years. Sure you'd like to draft a star player at 6, but getting a serviceable player and trade asset isn't bad.

I guess my point was, it could have been worst.
