I wanted to hate these people, but there's just something about them that makes them likable.

Agreed. They did a great job with the casting.

I was at LSU during most of the Jersey run, and as much shite as we all talked about it, we still usually piled up at someone's house every Thursday to pregame and watch the new episode before hitting up a bar that night. Looking back, my roommates/friends and our girlfriends turned out to be so much different these days, but we all shared that similarity when it came to watching JS.

I can still easily remember "CAAABBBB'S HEEERYA" being yelled by someone everytime we got a cab for soooo long after the show.

Yeah I actually didn't even watch at the beginning because I hated the guido phenom so much.

But the one when Snooki got punched happened to be on at a NYE party that year and everyone at the party was hooked. We all ended up going back and watching the whole season that night and wife and I never missed another episode.

It was just a perfect group and it hit at the right time.

It was so damn quotable too which really hooked it into the mainstream very quickly and easily

The fact that Paulie D - a really ugly son of a bitch if you ask me - Was pulling down like $50 million a year DJ Ing all over the world just shows us what is valued in today’s society
