Regarding the underage driving aspect and not the WTF is a 14yo doing out at 2am...
It's a freaking epidemic in Ascension Parish
I have 4 affluent friends who bought their children cars and let them drive despite the fact they were either too young or did not possess a license in the first place. It seems like their are a number of other familes who allow it as well.
Their reasoning usually centers around the convenience of the kid being able to drive themselves to school. WTF

You ride with another dude? Whatever floats your boat but not only could I not do that outside of basically an emergency situation like a flat tire but I can't see a friend of mine wanting to do it either.
