For romantic but excellent food and service, consider Sylvain, Saffron, Bayona, La Petite Grocery, Gautreau's, Upperline, N7

Clancy's, Brigtsen's and Gautreau's are all closed on Sundays. Don't know about the others.

I haven't been to Upperline in long time, but it was always good and I enjoy the atmosphere, so I'll add it to the list.

We went to Carrollton Market last year for Valentines and I would highly recommend

La Petite would be similar and a good option as well.

GW Fins is open on Sundays and has a small room in the back right corner of restaurant. Very private and quiet compared to the big open dining room. Call ahead of time a reserve this seating area. I recommend the scalibut which is amazing
