That's fricking awesome, I love PRs.

Last night did another HiiBB, needed to hit chest

8 rounds-1 min rest between, everything slow and paused

Incline DB press x 8
Meadows Row on hurricane x 8
Rower-100m Sprint


3 round- 60s rest between rounds
TRX chest flyes x 8
Strict Chins x 8
Strict T2B x 8

3 rounds with BFR bands-30s rest

Bodyweight dips x failure
Lying floor DB skull crushers x failure
Band tricep push/pull down x failure plus drop set

Arms were pumped as hell.

Went early today because work has been crazy and I haven't been able to go at lunch this week.



Workout of the Day

A.) 3 Sets:

12/s Single Leg KB Swap
30”/s Star Plank

B.) 3 Sets:

2:00 Minute AMRAP

Run 1 lap
AMRAP Deadlift (135/95)

Rest 4



My lower back is still a little tight from when I pulled a muscle last week. Went with 95lb to be safe.
